KALISPELL, Mont. - A man who refused to go to court got a jailhouse hearing Friday and then spat at the judge and threw a container of urine at him, officials said.

He was later charged with assault with a bodily fluid; another attempt at judicial influence gone horribly wrong.

*tsk tsk tsk*

never send a man to do a woman's job; things just get all bollucks'd up, innit? there really are more subtle ways to tend to things like this.

i wonder what legislative body burned the midnite oil to draft that lil bit of law: assualt with a bodily fluid. *shakes head* next thing you know, they'll be upping the sentencing if it's found a woman was on her monthlies during committance of a crime. and the estrogen plea used to be such a *good* defense.

*shakes head dolefully and goes to ponder deep thoughts in front of the mantel.*

Ah, quite right: in my grandmother's day that was known as the "Lizzie Borden" defense argument.

I believe it's time for a spot of Sandeman's "Character" sherry; I'm feeling rather like one just now (now that's having it both ways).

Oh, I quite like Montana; however the scale of the place is rather daunting. After spending the better part of two days driving across the place once with Mr. Blubridge, I felt like bringing suit against their tourism people. It's not Big Sky Country, it's Friggin' Huge Sky Country, and very intimidating to those of us from Restricted View Country or Pea-Soup Country.
