I suppose there's room for a pole in the front parlour. A grog shoppe offering the lavish charms of a devotee of the Muse Terpsichore might pull in a bit more dosh in these hard times. A really talented gel who could work the beer engine whilst upside-down might go far.
If you had in mind a more flexible position, with vastly inflated pay to go with your assets, I'd wager Nelson is in need of a talented manageress for his establishment. He'd be a hands-off owner for the nonce, so you'd have plenty of leeway while he's off vamping it up in Venezuelan torture chambers.
Nikola, if you are still available (and limber), how does 3 pound a week and all found (ie., all meals, drinks and snacks) sound?
